SMS/Text Messaging
IMUA Health offers optional SMS/text messaging to assist prospective and existing clients with service-related communications.
If you opt in to receive non-marketing text messages from IMUA Health, messages may include communications related to your inquiry, registration and onboarding, scheduling, appointments, paperwork or documents, and other administrative communications related to IMUA Health services.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services from IMUA Health.
Age Requirements
You must be 18 years of age or older to independently opt in to IMUA Health’s SMS/text messaging program. For clients under 18, SMS communications and consent should be managed by a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult as appropriate.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message from IMUA Health.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages through that SMS program unless you opt in again.
If you wish to receive SMS communications again after opting out, you may opt in again through an available IMUA Health opt-in method.

For assistance with SMS communications, reply HELP to a message from IMUA Health or contact us using the contact information available on our website.
Wireless Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
